What is the processing time for an order?
Everything on our website is handmade and formulated at the time your order is received. The normal processing time is about 3-5 business days. Specialized formulas will require up to 2 weeks to process.
How do I create a customized formula?
Go to the Contact Us page and tell us the issue you wish to address in the message section. A Chikeologist will contact you within 1-2 business days to discuss the details of the formula. The Chikeologists will ask a series of questions regrading health concerns (high blood pressure, kidney/liver problems, epilepsy, etc) to ensure the right combination of ingredients.
What about shipping charges?
Everything is shipped through USPS postal service. The rates are calculated according to their standard parcel charges by weight. Contact us about priority, overnight, or 3-day shipping options. Additional charges will be added to your order to accomodate your preferred shipping method.
What is your return policy?
There are no refunds. However, you may return a product up to three times for reformalization if you are not satisfied.
How do I create a gift set or bundle products?
Leave a message on the Contact Us page to discuss bundling products and creating gift sets. A Chikeoliogists will contact you within 1-2 business days to finalize your oder.
